Usually missing confirmations are because of a typo when completing the entry form. We can correct that for you. Please just drop us an email to Outlaw Triathlon Support from the email address you used to enter and we can resend it to you.
Occasionally confirmation emails land in junk or spam folders. Please be sure to check both and also add outlawtriathlon.com to your safe senders list.
This year we have noticed quite a few entries with appleID email addresses that hide your email, but a lot of athletes don't know that their phone has done this for them and don't realise that they need to specifically check for any emails sent to the substitute address in their Apple account. Again we can correct this for you if you get in touch.
