As at December 2025 you are allowed to wear neoprene socks if their top is covered by the bottom of your wetsuit.
You are not allowed to wear neoprene gloves unless you have a medical exemption. You will need a letter from your doctor, confirming the condition that requires them, to show to the Race Referee at the event.
