How do I withdraw from my Outlaw Sunday event?

Modified on Wed, 19 Nov, 2025 at 2:02 PM

In the first instance please drop us a message to Outlaw Triathlon Support so we can check your entry and make sure that you have details of all the options available to you. Once you have confirmed which option you would prefer we will then process that for you.

If you paid, at entry, for your registration to be refundable, please follow the link in your confirmation email, to claim your full refund. If you have any issues, please contact support@letsdothis.com.

You can check the terms of cover before you make your claim.

If you entered before 31 December 2025, and paid for your entry, you can defer your entry to 2027 or transfer to another 2025 event for free. If you want to move to a more expensive event you will need to pay any difference in fees. If you are moving to a cheaper event, the difference will be given to you in the form of a credit, valid for 18 months, which you can use for future events. You can only make one free change to your entry.

If you would prefer to simply withdraw we can refund 50% of your entry to you until 28 days before the event.

If you entered from 1 January 2026 onwards you can still defer or transfer your entry but there will be a charge for this service. Deferrals will be £50 and transfers £30.

If you withdraw we can refund 25% of your entry fee to you, plus any additional items purchased, until 28 days before the event.

Please note that once a change to your entry is processed the entry becomes non-refundable.

If you would like to change your individual entry to a relay you can do this on payment of £50 for the Outlaw Original and £40 for the Outlaw Nottingham and Holkham events.
