How do I withdraw from my Sprint event?

In the first instance please drop us a message to Outlaw Triathlon Support so we can check your entry and make sure that you have details of all the options available to you. Once you have confirmed which option you would prefer we will then process that for you.

If you paid, at entry, for your registration to be refundable, please follow the link in your confirmation email, to claim your full refund. If you have any issues, please contact support@letsdothis.com.

If you have requested your withdrawal more than 4 months before the event (precise dates in table below), and paid for your entry, we can refund 50% of your entry fee, plus any additional items purchased and not yet fulfilled, on confirmation of withdrawal. 

Withdrawals requested more than 28 days before the event will qualify for a refund of 25% of your entry fee, plus any additional items purchased and not yet fulfilled. 

Requests made less than 28 days before the event will not qualify for a refund of any kind. 

We cannot defer sprint entries, but you can transfer your entry to another event for a fee of £10, plus any difference in entry fee.

Please note that once a change to your entry is processed the entry becomes non-refundable.
