I can no longer race: Sunday Events

Your options are outlined below – please ensure you email us with your request by the deadlines listed at the end. If you used a payment plan, changes can only be made once your entry fee is paid in full.

Deferring your entry or transferring to another event: 

You can request to defer to the same event in 2027 or transfer to another 2026 event (excluding Outlaw Middle) up to 28 days before your event.  When transferring to a higher priced event, you will need to pay the balance of the entry fee.

If you entered before 31 December 2025 - you can defer your entry to the same event in 2027 or transfer to another 2026 event for free
If you entered from 1 January 2026 onwards - you can still defer or transfer your entry but there will be a charge for this service. Deferrals will be £50 and transfers £30.

If you become pregnant or start IVF, you can defer at any time prior to the Event date – please contact us

Please note: that once an entry is deferred or transferred, it becomes non refundable.

Withdrawals:
You can withdraw at any time. Withdrawals prior to 28 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, there is no refund for withdrawals made after this deadline.

If you entered before 31 December 2025 - we can refund 50% of your entry to you until 28 days before the event. 
If you entered from 1 January 2026 onwards - we can refund 25% of your entry fee to you until 28 days before the event
Additional items purchased can be refunded where the item has not been dispatched or actioned.

Changing from Individual to Relay or Aquabike (or vice versa)

Subject to capacity, you can change your entry type up to 28 days before the Event (additional fees apply if moving to a higher priced entry)

If you want to change to a Relay team, you can do this on payment of:

Outlaw Original - £40 for a 2 person team or £50 for a 3 person team
Outlaw Nottingham and Holkham - £30 for a 2 person or £40 for a 3 person team
