Your options are outlined below – please ensure you email us with your request by the deadlines listed at the end. If you used a payment plan, changes can only be made once your entry fee is paid in full.
Withdrawals:
You can withdraw at any time. Withdrawals prior to 28 days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, there is no refund for withdrawals made after this deadline.
- Withdrawals requested more than 4 months before the event date: 50% refund of entry fees
- Withdrawals requested more than 28 days before the event date: 25% refund of entry fees
- Additional items purchased can be refunded where the item has not been dispatched or actioned.
Transferring to another event:
You can request to transfer to another 2026 event (subject to capacity and excluding Outlaw Middle) up to 28 days before your event, there is a fee of £10. If transferring to a higher priced event, you will need to pay the balance of the entry fee.
Once your entry change is process, your entry becomes non refundable
Deferrals:
If you become pregnant or start IVF, you can defer at any time prior to the Event date – please contact us
Otherwise we do not offer deferrals for this event
