How does the bike feed station work for Outlaw Nottingham Half and Aquabike?

There will be 1 Feed Station on the bike course, at 35.1 miles.

It will have High5 nutrition products, Energy Source drink in bottles and Energy Gels and Energy Gels with Caffeine. There will also be water in bottles and bananas available. 

As you cycle towards the Feed Station you will see a bottle drop area where you can throw your empty bottle before grabbing a fresh bottle as you cycle past. Please call out what you want to collect as you approach the tables. 

If you do not feel confident enough to grab a bottle as you cycle past please pull off the road to stop so you do not block the path of those that are doing so. There will be toilets and a small first aid kit available at the Feed Station should you need them. 

Please make sure that litter is only dropped at the Feed Station or carried with you until you get back to transition. If you can carry it full you can carry it empty. Any athlete seen littering will be disqualified. Please respect the beautiful countryside you will be travelling through and the local residents.
