How does the run feed station work for Outlaw Nottingham Half?

There will be 3 Feed Stations on the Run course, which will be passed repeatedly, totalling 10 times.

It will have Water, Cola and High5 Energy Source drink in cups; Energy Gels Aqua and Energy Gels Aqua with Caffeine. There will also be bananas available.

You can collect what you want as you run past the tables.

There will be toilets and a small first aid kit available at the Feed Station should you need them.

Please make sure that litter is only dropped at the Feed Station or carried with you until you get back to transition. If you can carry it full you can carry it empty. Any athlete seen littering will be disqualified. Please respect the venue and the volunteers that will need to collect any litter.
