Sprint Registration will be on the morning of the race. Each Sprint Wave will have their own time slot which you must adhere to. If you miss your registration window you will be unable to race.
All Athletes will need to bring photo ID in order to register. Please note that without this we cannot register you and you will not be able to race.
If you have purchased a BTF Race Pass with your entry we will have a record of that and you will not need to bring evidence with you. We will email you during the week of the race to remind you of this. If you are a BTF member it would be wise to have a copy of your valid Race Licence downloaded and saved on your phone, as signal can be difficult on race weekend.
All BTF Race licences are checked for validity with BTF and we will contact you in the week before the race if they tell us that you do not have a valid Race Licence. Please bring your renewal or a Race Pass receipt with you as you will need to show us a valid licence or Race Pass to be allowed to register.
Outlaw Nottingham Sprint - 16 May 2026
Friday 17:30 - 19:00 Registration for any wave
Wave 1 Registration only will be from 06:00 - 07:15 (for a 07:30 start)
Wave 2 Registration will be from 07:30 - 09:45 (for a 10:00 start)
Wave 3 Registration will be from 10:00 - 12:15 (for a 12:30 start)
These times are based on previous years and are subject to change. The confirmed timings will be advised in the Final Race Information, please make sure that you read this before making your travel arrangements.
Once you have collected your Race Pack please put on your security wristband (please open the pack carefully so this does not blow away), as a bracelet, and put your bike frame number on your bike. You will need to do this before you enter transition. Please keep your wristband on until you are driving home as you will be unable to access transition without it.
Your pack will also have 2 race numbers which you need to wear on your back for the bike leg and your front for the run section. The easiest way to do this is using a race belt, but you can pin it to your clothes if you do not have one.
