Can I change to a different event?

If you completed your entry before 31 December 2025 you can transfer your entry to another 2026 event for free. 

If you entered from 1 January 2026 you can transfer to another 2026 event, but there will be a £30 charge for the transfer. 

Please note that you can only move your entry once and once moved your entry becomes non-refundable. 

If you are moving to a shorter/cheaper event the difference will not be refunded, but will be given to you in credit which can be used towards a future event. 

If you are moving to a more expensive event you will need to pay any difference in entry fees.
